Abstract

Num mundo cada vez mais dinâmico e em constante evolução torna-se curioso entender como a Gestão dos Recursos Humanos pode impactar no desenvolvimento e crescimento de uma organização, especialmente naquelas que ainda se consideram uma ?start-up?. É neste contexto e no seguimento do meu estágio n?A Padaria Portuguesa que se envolve este relatório. Iniciando-se com uma pequena revisão da literatura de algumas das grandes áreas da Gestão de Recursos Humanos, nomeadamente do Recrutamento & Selecção e Formação, segue-se com a apresentação da empresa e a descrição das actividades desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio, culminando numa análise das mesmas tendo por base a revisão literária apresentada e avaliação global do estágio realizado. Como conclusão, importa mencionar que sendo uma empresa em franca expansão é interessante perceber como a estrutura organizacional da empresa vai acompanhando este crescimento, nomeadamente a constante adaptação do Departamento de Recursos Humanos de forma a conseguir responder às necessidades que vão surgindo.

In an increasingly dynamic world that is in constant evolution is curious how the Management of Human Resources can impact the growth and development of any organization, especially those that still consider themselves a start-up. This is the environment that I encountered in my internship at 'A Padaria Portuguesa' and the subject of this document. It starts with a short overview of the literary work done around some of the biggest areas in Human Resources Management, namely Recruitment & Selection and Training. After that is presented the company and described the activities that performed during the internship. It ends with an analysis of those activities based on the initial literary content, and a global evaluation of the full internship. In hindsight, it is important to mention that being in a company at a moment of strong activity growth, I had the opportunity to witness how the management structure adapts to this growth, and especially how the Human Resources Department deals with the ever changing needs of the company.
