Abstract

O presente relatório tem como objectivo principal, descrever e reflectir sobre as actividades que desenvolvi ao longo de 4 meses de estágio na empresa Msearch. A elaboração deste trabalho final é feita no âmbito do mestrado em gestão de recursos humanos com o intuito de obter o grau de mestre. De um modo geral, o documento divide-se em várias secções. A primeira trata-se de uma secção introdutória ao relatório. A segunda fase remete-nos para a caracterização da organização em estudo. No terceiro momento é feito um enquadramento teórico onde é feita uma pequena abordagem acerca da gestão de recursos humanos revelando ainda uma particular incidência nas práticas de recrutamento e selecção com as quais tive maior contacto na empresa supramencionada. Numa fase seguinte descrevem-se as actividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio, todas elas referentes ao processo de recrutamento e selecção conforme desenvolvido na Msearch. Por fim são apresentadas as conclusões e as limitações que foram encontradas ao longo deste processo assim como uma apreciação pessoal da experiência de estágio.

The main purpose of this study is to illustrate and reflect over the four months of internship that I have developed at Msearch company. This final study was elaborated and inserted within the master´s degree in human resources management with the intention to obtain the master´s degree. Generally, the document is divided into several sections. The first part is an introductory section to the report. The second stage brings us to the characterization of the organization under study. The third moment consists in a theoretical framework which is made an approach about human resource management also revealing a special focus on recruitment and selection practices which I had more contact in the company mentioned above. In a next step it is described the activities along the internship, all of them related to the recruitment and selection process developed in Msearch. At last, there will be presented conclusions and limitations that have been found in this process as well as a personal appreciation of the internship experience.
