Abstract

O presente relatório surge no seguimento do estágio que realizei na Randstad Tecnologies, no Departamento de Recursos Humanos, mais especificamente na área das Tecnologias de Informação (TI). O estágio teve como principal objectivo apoiar os Consultores de Recursos Humanos em várias temáticas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, entre as quais, o Recrutamento, a Selecção e a Colocação de novos candidatos. Com base nas actividades de estágio, propõe-se a revisão de literatura relativa aos fundamentos destes três processos, em que são abordados as técnicas e métodos aplicados em cada procedimento. Por fim, a confrontação da literatura com as actividades de estágio permite demonstrar a predominância de inúmeros métodos teóricos aplicados.

This report follows on from stage I performed on Randstad Technologies in the Department of Human Resources, specifically in the area of Information Technology (IT). The stage had as main objective to support the Human Resource Consultants in various subject Human Resource Management, including the Recruitment, Selection and Placement of new candidates. Based on the activities stage, it is proposed to review the literature concerning pleas of the three cases, which are discussed in the techniques and methods used in each procedure. Finally, the literature confrontation with the activities of stage allows to demonstrate the predominance of several theoretical methods applied.
