O recrutamento senior

O recrutamento senior

Abstract

The initiative to explore this issue was born of a personal interest in the problems of senior citizens combined with recruitment area. In the first part will be present the literature review and in the second part presents the results of an empirical study through the semi structured interviews with human resources experts and with some older workers. We can conclude that exist some differences between human resources experts and the older workers views. In common they describe senior as synonymous of experience and not only as a worker with some age. In human resources experts perspective the senior workers are an added value to the company and see a lot more advantages than own workers sees. Older workers feel frustrated with the current state of the country, the work market and with the opportunities that (don't) come or appear.
