A pandemia causada pelo vírus SARS-CoV-19 é na realidade uma manifestação desta nova Era do Antropoceno, caracterizada pela equivalência de forças entre o ser humano e a Natureza. Encontramo-nos num mundo em que o surgimento e a manifestação de novas doenças ou variantes é cada vez mais acelerada, e que é necessário duplicar o nosso cuidado a nível de saúde. Estarmos sujeitos ao confinamento, como consequência da pandemia da COVID-19, fez-nos perceber que as nossas habitações precisam de ser reavaliadas e melhoradas de forma a prepará-las para esta nova Era; e que o nosso quotidiano atribulado nos desconectou do nosso espaço mais íntimo e pessoal. Assim, como objetivo principal desta dissertação, pretendemos refletir sobre determinadas questões que consideramos como essenciais para este tema, e elaborar uma proposta de organização interior habitacional, introduzindo questões que a CODIV-19 despertou durante o confinamento. Para este fim, escolhemos reanalisar a forma como o ser humano molda o espaço interior, percebendo os níveis de distanciamentos e de privacidade que este possui e como aplica nos espaços; perceber que normas e regras estão em vigor atualmente para adaptar a questão pandémica e, por fim, perceber que impactos a pandemia teve para a sociedade e como foi o processo de adaptação durante o confinamento.

The pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-19 virus is in fact a manifestation of this new Age of the Anthropocene, characterized by the equivalence of forces between humans and nature. We find ourselves in a world where the emergence and manifestation of new diseases or variants is increasingly accelerated, and where it is necessary to double our health care. Being subjected to confinement, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, has made us realize that our dwellings need to be re-evaluated and improved in order to prepare them for this new Era; and that our busy daily lives have disconnected us from our most intimate and personal space. Thus, as the main objective of this dissertation, we intend to reflect on certain issues that we consider as essential to this theme, and to elaborate a proposal for housing interior organization, introducing issues that CODIV-19 awakened during confinement. To this end, we chose to reanalyze the way human beings shape the interior space, realizing the levels of distances and privacy they have and how they apply in the spaces; to realize what norms and rules are currently in place to adapt to the pandemic issue and, finally, to realize what impacts the pandemic had for society and how the adaptation process was during the confinement.
