Gestão do capital intelectual

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The present study intends to analyze how the Azorean companies manage their intellectual capital, using for that end an adapted version of the “Intellectual Capital Model” by Lopes and Martins (2000, adapted). Using as guideline some of the indicators that compose the model, and the literary background studied for the means of this study, it is our goal to try to understand what are the management policies indicated to develop their intellectual capital, and if they use any Intellectual Capital Model as a tool to assist managing their intangible assets. This study will be based on two regional organizations, from which we will proceed to a comparative analysis, looking for clues on how they developed these processes on a regional context.
