Avaliação da Profissionalidade Docente

Abstract

Propomo-nos neste trabalho abordar o conceito de avaliação e o de pro-fissionalidade e de avaliação de desempenho da profissionalidade docente. Relativamente à avaliação da profissionalidade docente identificaremos quais as suas funções, as suas modalidades e ainda os instrumentos de avaliação. Por fim daremos uma pequena sugestão de ordem prática para a elaboração do Plano Individual de Desenvolvimento.
