Abstract

A unidade curricular Estágio, inserida no terceiro ano da licenciatura de Gestão de Empresas, no Instituto Politécnico de Tomar, teve como objetivo principal a preparação para o mundo do mercado de trabalho através da aquisição de conhecimento e experiência na área mencionada e a conclusão do último semestre desta. O estágio realizou-se na área de Recursos Humanos e financeira, no Centro de Assistência Social de Tomar. Este estágio teve uma duração total de 255 horas e 30 minutos com início a dia 20 de junho de 2022 e término a dia 08 de agosto de 2022. No presente relatório encontra-se relatado de forma detalhada todas as atividades executadas durante o estágio. Durante este período foi possível, aplicar várias ferramentas adquiridas durante a formação académica e completar os mais diversos objetivos que foram apresentados ao longo do estágio. No final do estágio, adquiri conhecimentos suficientes para poder trabalhar na referida área.
