Abstract

A presente investigação pretende analisar, o papel das diferentes dimensões do marketing relacional e dos fatores meio envolvente na satisfação e fidelização de clientes. Analisa-se esta prática no mercado do setor dos seguros de uma forma interna, ou seja, através do ponto de vista do vendedor e não do consumidor. O estudo empírico é efetuado a sete profissionais de seguros, através de uma entrevista semiestruturada.
