Pretende-se estabelecer uma relação entre os agentes envolvidos no desempenho, alertando para as mudanças em curso e para a importância crescente do corporate governance. É depois estabelecida uma relação entre objectivo e proposta numa métrica de desempenho genérica, na qual a produtividade merece uma atenção especial.
