Fatores Humanos na fabricação de Aeroestrutura.

Abstract

Este presente trabalho expõe o tema fatores humanos dentro da indústria aeronáutica, abordando os erros realizados pelos operadores durante a realização da sua atividade durante o dia de trabalho, nesse segmento podendo identificar os fatores contributivos para estes. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar os fatores humanos que contribuem para a realização de falhas do tipo erro humano na perspetiva dos operadores de fabricação de aeroestrutura. Para tanto, fez-se um levantamento dos erros mais realizados pelos operadores, a fim de identificar os fatores contributivos. A abordagem foi feita através de um questionário, com o intuito de identificar os principais fatores, na perspetiva dos operadores, que influenciam na realização de erros. Este nos possibilitou uma análise dos fatores que mais ocasionam erros humanos na Fabricação de aeronaves. Atingindo um resultado pretendido, com a análise do homem e suas limitações.
