DUAS CASAS EM MATOSINHOS – ARQUITECTURA HABITACIONAL URBANA

Abstract

O presente trabalho resulta do gradual processo de investigação, reflexão critica e exercícios de projecto sobre o tema Arquitectura Habitacional Urbana. Duas Casas em Matosinhos surge de uma encomenda feita por uma amiga, que adquiriu um terreno na cidade de Matosinhos, Portugal e almeja construir duas habitações para venda. As Habitações devem seguir um programa para atender moradores ainda não definidos, que vão adquirir o imóvel após sua construção. Foram feitas investigações sobre a demanda do programa, análise sobre a inserção do terreno no espaço urbano, directrizes projectuais que poderiam ser abordadas e regulamentos municipais que deveriam ser considerados. A escolha de obras de referência também fez parte do processo de reflexão. Finalmente, aqui é exposto o projecto final com o registo da evolução dos desenhos para o resultado final.
