Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado pretende analizar, comparar e implementar un modelo de arrendamiento operativo para el manejo integral de las camionetas que prestan apoyo en el Cuerpo Oficial de Bomberos de Bogotá. El análisis parte de un diagnóstico interno efectuado dentro de la Entidad, en el cual se ha encontrado que muchos de los automotores con los cuales se apoya en la atención de emergencias permanecen por varios periodos de tiempo fuera de servicio, esto debido a que no se cuenta con mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo adecuado o por obsolescencia. El propósito principal de esta investigación es mostrar los impactos que tiene esta implementación en la ciudad de Bogotá, ya que al tener vehículos operativos las 24 horas se mejora en tiempos de reacción ante emergencias generando un cambio y un impacto significativo en la ciudadanía, mientras que la gestión administrativa del Cuerpo Oficial de Bomberos de Bogotá, se ve fortalecida en aspectos técnicos, económicos y financieros, que permitan maximizar los recursos y mejorar la disponibilidad de los elementos para la atención integral de las emergencias en Bogotá
