Diagnóstico de comportamentos de risco: o metropolitano de Lisboa

Abstract

A área do risco é extremamente complexa e abrangente, sendo que, de um ponto de vista da segurança, se regista um esforço constante da sua avaliação por forma a adequar as medidas implementadas na proteção de alvos específicos. Apesar de existirem riscos naturais, que podem comprometer gravemente os sistemas, são os de origem humana, mais especificamente os de cariz comportamental, que representam um maior problema para a atuação policial, e sobre os quais nos iremos debruçar nesta investigação. O trabalho irá estudar o metropolitano de Lisboa (na vertente security), procurando identificar as suas características e vulnerabilidades, bem como as ameaças que sobre si impendem, de forma a perceber como estas se relacionam com comportamentos de risco específicos. Irá posteriormente centrar-se em estratégias que permitam o reconhecimento de sinais indicadores destes comportamentos, para que quem está no terreno possa atuar antecipadamente e, consequentemente, impedir a concretização de ações hostis.
