Abstract

presente projeto de investimento tem por finalidade a criação de uma Cafeteria na Praia do Tofo da Cidade de Inhambane, designada por Mascar Lda. A mesma, tem como missão oferecer aos banhistas da praia do Tofo serviços de restauração e bebidas de qualidade, contribuindo desta forma para o desenvolvimento do turismo na Cidade de Inhambane. A ideia central surgiu para responder à necessidade destes serviços sentida pelos visitantes que procuram a praia do Tofo e necessitam de comida rápida, de qualidade e com o menor custo possível. Trata-se de um projeto de negócio viável com um investimento inicial de 4.040.440,00MT (quatro milhões e quarenta mil e quatrocentos quarenta meticais), que apresenta um Valor Atual Líquido (VAL) positivo em 1.010.192,00MT, uma Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade (TIR) de 72,92% e o seu prazo de recuperação do investimento é de 2 anos. De acordo com os pressupostos e estimativas considerados, a margem de segurança das vendas da Cafeteria Mascar, Lda. para o primeiro ano (2018), é de 57%. Este valor representa o nível de redução que as vendas podem suportar sem se entrar em prejuízo, mantendo-se este valor favorável para os restantes anos da vida útil do projeto.
