Sistemas para Fachadas Ventiladas: Um Estudo Comparativo

Abstract

O estudo foi elaborado no decurso do desenvolvimento do projeto de investigação ESAP/2015/P16/DARQ – Projeto de sistema de fixação de revestimento para fachadas ventiladas, financiado pela ESAP – Escola Superior Artística do Porto na sequência de um concurso com júri internacional. Trata-se de um estudo comparativo de diversos sistemas de fachadas ventiladas existentes no mercado nacional e dirige-se aos estudantes dos cursos de arquitetura. Pretende-se com este estudo, por um lado, dar a conhecer as vantagens da utilização de fachadas ventiladas nos edifícios, nomeadamente no que se refere à melhoria das condições de conforto, de comportamento higrotérmico e da respetiva sustentabilidade. Por outro lado pretende-se que o presente estudo sirva igualmente como manual didático para os alunos. Por esse motivo expõem-se as características dos diversos sistemas, focando as especificidades de cada um. Não se pretendendo ser exaustivo na enumeração das soluções construtivas existentes, uma vez que para esse efeito nos remetemos para a base de dados desenvolvida para esse efeito, apresentam-se ainda as pormenorizações tipo mais correntes utilizadas para cada material.
