Satisfação profissional e comportamentos de cidadania organizacional nos enfermeiros

Abstract

O presente estudo baseia-se na convicção que a satisfação profissional dos enfermeiros influência os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional por estes demonstrados. Neste sentido foi delineada uma pesquisa do tipo correlacional tendo como objectivo verificar a relação existente entre a satisfação profissional e os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional. A amostra foi constituída por 156 enfermeiros pertencentes a uma instituição privada de saúde de Lisboa. Previamente foi realizado um estudo de campo e uma revisão bibliográfica considerada pertinente para a temática em estudo, sendo posteriormente definido o quadro teórico que sustenta as hipóteses formuladas. De entre os resultados obtidos salientam-se: o tipo de vínculo influência a satisfação profissional; o tipo de vínculo influência os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional dirigidos à organização e os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional dirigidos aos indivíduos; o duplo emprego e o tempo de exercício profissional influenciam os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional dirigidos aos indivíduos; a satisfação profissional correlaciona-se positivamente com os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional dirigidos à organização e com os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional dirigidos aos indivíduos;
