A lealdade ao vendedor

Abstract

No processo de compra na categoria de eletrónica de consumo, o local onde o consumidor recolhe a informação, diverge do local onde este efetua a compra. O objetivo do presente estudo consiste em perceber de que forma os consumidores são leais aos vendedores e lojas onde estes se aconselham. Efetuou-se uma abordagem quantitativa com recurso a um questionário aleatório a 99 indivíduos do sexo feminino e masculino com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 78 anos, que tenham efetuado uma compra na referida categoria nos últimos 30 dias. Os resultados mostram que no momento de decidir o local de compra, a confiança no vendedor representa o principal fator de decisão seguido da proximidade de uma loja física. A falta de confiança na marca e o uso de comparadores de preço, faz com que os consumidores mudem das lojas físicas para o canal online. Estes resultados, permitem redirecionar o investimento em marketing, para ações que reforcem os laços de relação com os seus Clientes, em detrimento da perceção de preço.
