Abstract

O presente Estudo de Caso é acerca da implementação de um Plano de Negócios para uma start-up que pretende fornecer serviços ao setor da Educação, sendo o core business os estudantes internacionais que queiram estudar em Portugal, e as Universidades portuguesas que pretendam recrutar alunos ou adquirir soluções 2.0. Este estudo pretende aplicar um Plano de Negócios baseado nas propostas de vários autores. Com este intuito, abordámos vários modelos para chegarmos a um só, que foi posteriormente aplicado à ideia de negócio. Para a realização do estudo, recorremos a uma estratégia de pesquisa abrangente, para um estudo de caso único, onde a orientação teórica se torna o principal veículo para a generalização dos resultados. Neste caso, após a análise teórica, parte-se para a sua aplicação. O resultado da sua aplicação pode influenciar futuros projetos, através de uma nova abordagem ao Plano de Negócios.
