Rotinas

momentos de transição em creche e jardim-de-infância
Authors: Seves, Ana Irina Teixeira;
Abstract

This Research Project aims to devise an action-research whose main goal is the articulation of concepts and theoretical foundations inherent in the routines in Pre-School Education with experiences in nursery and kindergarten internship contexts. The research theme covers the management of routines, focusing mainly on the transition moments that occur between activities. Routines play an important role for children, since it allows them to predict the day's events, providing a sense of security about what is happening. On the other hand, musical expression can be used as a feature to enhance and optimize the various transition moments occurring in a routine, in order to attempt to minimize the difficulties that arise, using activities that also favour the development of children. The data collection instruments used in this research were participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis, to enable a framework, analysis and reflection of the experiences and interventions during the internships in nursery schools and kindergartens.
