Recrutamento de colaboradores internacionais

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo intervir na área de Recursos Humanos na Entidade Acolhedora do Projeto (EAP). Foi neste contexto que identificamos a OnSalesIT S.A. para a sua realização. O diagnóstico realizado permitiu identificar como potencialidade de intervenção o Recrutamento de Colaboradores Internacionais. Tendo em consideração a elevada importância do recrutamento de colaboradores internacionais para a Entidade Acolhedora do Projeto procedeu-se ao diagnóstico da organização. Seguiu-se a configuração exata da potencialidade identificada, o planeamento estratégico e operacional da estratégia. Fez-se a implementação do projeto e terminamos com a avaliação e apresentação das respetivas medidas necessárias para concretizar a finalidade a que nos propusemos. Os resultados da avaliação permitem concluir que o projeto planeado e implementado trouxe melhorias ao processo em que foi efetuada a intervenção, uma vez que os resultados da auditoria final ao projeto revelaram resultados positivos na após a implementação deste projeto de intervenção sobre o recrutamento de colaboradores internacionais.
