Fatores Críticos de Sucesso em Projetos de Construção

Abstract

Com a presente dissertação pretende-se apresentar os elementos de uma investigação cujo objetivo final consiste na elaboração de uma listagem e ranking dos fatores críticos de sucesso (FCS) para projetos de construção, organizados por categorias. Para tal, identificaram-se os FCS em projetos de construção tendo por base uma análise ao estado da arte. Posteriormente foram efetuadas várias iterações de forma a eliminar todos aqueles que se encontravam repetidos, ou com objetivos idênticos. Foi executado o mesmo processo para as categorias de FCS. Os FCS da listagem final obtida foram organizados na listagem final de categorias, tendo em conta a organização já existente nos artigos de onde foram identificados. Após a concretização desta organização, foi desenvolvido o questionário para validação dos FCS para cada categoria, e por fim a organização das categorias por ordem de importância. Foi adotada uma metodologia de investigação quantitativa (questionários) para validar os FCS identificados na revisão de literatura junto dos gestores de projeto associados do PMI, e da APOGEP, bem como gestores de empresas de construção. Com esta metodologia foi possível confirmar a listagem de FCS elaborada, bem como o ranking desses FCS. O principal resultado desta investigação é um conjunto de 93 FCS, os quais se encontram organizados por ordem de importância tanto dos FCS como das categorias. Esta ordem diz respeito às respostas obtidas por gestores de projeto com atuação na área da construção (36 respostas).
