O corpo feminino como incentivo publicitário

Abstract

A História Humana, particularmente a História da Arte, tem demonstrado que não é tanto o nu com a sua natural evidência anatómica que atrai a atenção do espectador, mas o corpo seminu, ou que aparenta despir-se, já que este acto tem a capacidade de seduzir. Aliás, neste último modo é o comportamento em si que é susceptível de ser mais erótico do que a presença de um corpo nu. Veja-se, por exemplo, o aumento do número de espaços nocturnos que oferecem espectáculos de strip tease feminino ou masculino, cujo objectivo é aflorar as fantasias e os desejos sexuais de um indivíduo. A presença do nu na publicidade, assim como a própria seminudez nos vários sentidos aqui analisados, está associado, por um lado, a propósitos sedutores e sensuais e, por outro, à própria sexualidade. Não devemos, todavia, esquecer que a tardia aplicação do nu na publicidade se deve a um conjunto de preconceitos relacionados com a ética, a cultura e principalmente com o pudor, sem esquecermos a censura. Nesta comunicação pretendemos apresentar alguns aspectos de um estudo que efetuei sobre a nudez e a seminudez na publicidade, partindo do principio que a publicidade reflecte a sociedade nos seus vários aspectos, sem nunca a eles se antecipar.
