O sistema de recompensas remunerações e benefícios

Abstract

A gestão do sistema de recompensas constitui o desafio maior da GRH. O sistema de recompensas integra a recompensa base, conhecida por salário ou vencimento, os incentivos ligados ao grau de performance obtido individual e em grupo e a recompensa indirecta, os benefícios. Um bom sistema de recompensas é essencial para abandonar os velhos sistemas burocráticos, de baixa produtividade de forma a atingir níveis mais altos de eficiência.
