A EVT na reabilitação socioprofissional

Abstract

Os programas de reabilitação profissional para pessoas com deficiência têm sido considerados importantes e têm contribuído para a inserção das mesmas no mercado de trabalho. Por outro lado, são alvos de críticas relativas à sua prática, por vezes tida como paternalista. Devido a essa ambivalência, uma análise de tais programas revela-se importante, por buscar compreensão da dinâmica que se desenvolve no interior da instituição. Assim, esta pesquisa pressupõe analisar e compreender os contextos familiares, escolares e sociais em que os jovens estão inseridos, a sua exclusão/inclusão e inserção socioprofissional, comparar a perceção da aplicabilidade da prática do Ensino Tecnológico nas pessoas frequentadoras das estruturas socioprofissionais, avaliar o grau de aceitação por parte das entidades empregadoras em relação à inclusão socioprofissional das pessoas com incapacidades, bem como propor alternativas capazes de colmatar possíveis dificuldades existentes no que respeita à inclusão socioprofissional deste público-alvo.
