Autonomia das escolas no âmbito da autonomia autárquica. Autonomia ou antinomia?

Abstract

Resumo. Analisamos neste artigo os principais processos estruturantes ligados à autonomização das escolas em Portugal. Neste âmbito, centramo-nos, especificamente, na relação algo ambígua que se estabelece entre a autonomia autárquica e a autonomia escolar. Essencialmente, propugnamos uma legislação urgente para regular, de forma consistente, a articulação institucional entre a escola e a autarquia.
