Abstract

Este relatório tem como finalidade refletir sobre o desenvolvimento de competências de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, durante o estágio no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem, com a Especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica. Ao longo deste percurso, a Mestranda selecionou como temática central - “Intervenções de enfermagem promotoras da parentalidade positiva”, porque pela sua experiência constatou, que os pais têm necessidade de informação a vários níveis, que conduzam ao saudável desenvolvimento dos seus filhos. O enfermeiro especialista tem um papel basilar e facilitador no apoio e “empoderamento” destes pais. Tendo em conta uma prática reflexiva e a prática fundamentada na evidência, a Mestranda utilizou como referencial teórico Afaf Meleis a partir da Teoria das Transições (Meleis, Sawyer, Im, Messias & Schumacher, 2000). Assim como, uma pesquisa bibliográfica através da concretização de uma revisão scoping, que teve como objetivo, mapear a evidência científica disponível acerca das intervenções de enfermagem promotoras da parentalidade positiva, dirigida aos pais de crianças dos 0 aos 3 anos de idade. Nesta linha condutora, a Mestranda delineou como objetivo específico: Aprofundar e desenvolver competências técnicas, científicas e humanas de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica através do desenvolvimento de intervenções de enfermagem para a promoção de uma parentalidade positiva. Para dar resposta a este objetivo, as principais atividades desenvolvidas foram a pesquisa bibliográfica e sessões informativas (aos enfermeiros e aos pais), com base no diagnóstico situacional em cada contexto e numa prática reflexiva. No decorrer deste percurso, a Mestranda pode afirmar que adquiriu as competências de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, demarcadas pela Ordem dos Enfermeiros (OE) (2018), dando ênfase à assistência da criança/jovem e família, na maximização da sua saúde, em qualquer contexto.

This report aims to reflect on the development of competencies of Nursing Specialist in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing, during the internship in the scope of the Master Course in Nursing, with Specialization in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing. Throughout this course, the Master student selected as central theme - "Nursing interventions promoting positive parenting", because her experience has shown that parents need information at various levels that lead to the healthy development of their children. The nurse specialist has a basic role and facilitator in the support and "empowerment" of these parents. Taking into account a reflexive practice and evidence-based practice, the Master used Afaf Meleis as a theoretical reference from the Theory of Transitions (Meleis, Sawyer, Im, Messias & Schumacher, 2000). As well as a bibliographical research through the accomplishment of a scoping review, which aimed to map the available scientific evidence about the nursing interventions that promote positive parenting, directed at the parents of children from 0 to 3 years of age. In this guideline, the Master student outlined as a specific objective: To deepen and develop technical, scientific and human skills of Nursing Specialist in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing through the development of nursing interventions to promote positive parenting. In order to respond to this objective, the main activities developed were bibliographic research and informative sessions (to nurses and parents), based on the situational diagnosis in each context and in a reflective practice. During this course, the Master can affirm that she acquired the skills of Specialist Nursing in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing, demarcated by the Order of Nurses (2018), emphasizing the child / youth assistance and family, in the maximization of their health, in any context.
