Abstract

This article presents the decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union between September 2016 and October 2017 in the field of copyright and neighbouring rights. It addresses them critically, putting them in context and trying to understand possible consequences for Portuguese copyright law. It also addresses pending preliminary ruling requests.

Este artigo apresenta as decisões do Tribunal de Justiça da União Europeia entre Setembro de 2016 e Outubro de 2017 na área do direito de autor e direitos conexos. Analisa-as criticamente, enquadrando-as e tentando perceber as possíveis consequências para o Direito de Autor português. Também trata alguns reenvios prejudiciais pendentes.
