Identidade do pedagogo docente: o conteúdo dos memoriais formativos

Abstract

Como a Identidade Docente do pedagogo formado pela Universidade de Brasília se reflete no discurso extraído de suas narrativas? O Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso do curso de Pedagogia da UnB é constituído em sua primeira pelo Memorial Formativo, um recurso de caráter literário e estético que oportuniza ao estudante a experiência do revisitar de sua trajetória até a sua formação docente. As reflexões deste artigo são resultados de um estudo desenvolvido com o objetivo de compreender o sentido da identidade docente de 10 (dez) estudantes egressos. A pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, pautou-se em histórias de vida e selecionou, de maneira aleatória, a partir do Repositório Virtual da Biblioteca de Monografias – BDM da UnB, Memoriais Formativos correspondentes a 10 (dez) anos de produção (2007-2016). Os memoriais foram analisados com ênfase nos seguintes aspectos: origem, formação docente e visão acerca do trabalho docente dos autores pesquisados com base na perspectiva teórico-metodológica da análise do discurso. A fundamentação teórica é composta de uma compilação de estudos sobre identidade docente, memoriais formativos, formação docente inicial e continuada com base em autores diversos. Os discursos extraídos dos Memoriais Formativos revelam que a Identidade Docente é uma construção tecida a partir de um longo processo formativo do sujeito.
