O consumismo a partir da infância

Abstract

Este trabalho versa sobre o consumismo a partir da infância, atentando, sobretudo, para o uso do brinquedo como objeto de consumo, tendo como objetivo trazer uma abordagem pedagógica do brincar e do e brinquedo, apontando a escola de Educação Infantil como via para a orientação dos pais, bem como das crianças na perspectiva de consumo consciente. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, tendo com suporte os Referenciais Curriculares para Educação Infantil - RCENEI’S, os contributos de Lipovetsky (1989), McNeal (2000), Del Priore (2010), Barbosa (2010) Lopas (2011), que discorrem sobre a sociedade de consumo e o consumismo na contemporaneidade, Petri (2000), Sebastiani (2003), Brougère (2004) Dornelles (2005) com a abordagem acerca do desenvolvimento infantil e sua relação com o brincar, bem como, as concepções psicogenéticas de Piaget (1978) e sociointeracionistas de Vygotsky (1989). O estímulo ao consumo por meio das propagandas, programas infantis, desenhos animados, dentre outros, é intencional e presente desde os primeiros anos de vida do sujeito, o que explicita a relevância deste estudo a respeito do consumismo infantil. O espaço escolar deve oportunizar discussões que venham a contribuir para a conscientização por parte de pais
