Um conceito de reabilitação no sistema judicial

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The concept of Rehabilitation within the Criminal Justice System is approached under the point of vue of the raising of personal abilities aiming the Integration, being the supporting technician a facilitating agent on the process. ((Diversion Programs)), existing on severa1 countries along the two last decades and addressed to the youngster and minors, are mentioned and described. Such programs have as basic aim the rehabilitation of youngster having commited some crime.

Aborda-se o conceito de Reabilitação no Sistema Judicial numa perspectiva de potencialização de capacidades pessoais com vista A Integração, sendo o Técnico de ajuda um agente facilitador deste processo. São referidos e caracterizados os programas de «Diversion» existentes em diversos países ao longo das duas últimas décadas e dirigidos a jovens e menores. Estes programas têm um sentido base de reabilitar jovens que cometeram algum delito.
