Abstract

Com a entrada em vigor dos novos regulamentos na área de consumo energético de edifícios, tem-se verificado um aumento significativo de certificações energéticas, sendo por isso importante a simulação do comportamento térmico destes, de forma a minimizar o desconforto térmico e a aumentar o nível da qualidade do ar interior. Surge assim a necessidade de criar novas soluções construtivas, nomeadamente sistemas de ventilação ecológicos, entre eles, as fachadas ventiladas. As fachadas ventiladas mais utilizadas são as de parede, assim partindo-se deste mesmo princípio, pretende-se através do estudo de fachadas com camada de vidros duplos ventiladas, com dispositivo de sombreamento no seu interior, comprovar a sua eficácia enquanto sistema de ventilação. Serão objeto de estudo, dois tipos de fachadas, uma em que o dispositivo de sombreamento é composto por lamelas grandes e outra com lamelas menores, possibilitando assim o cálculo da taxa de renovação do ar no espaço, o campo de temperatura e a velocidade na fachada. Será efetuado projeto e dimensionamento da fachada ventilada em estudo em Desenho Assistido por Computador e as simulações efetuadas num programa de resolução de sistemas equações, adotando um modelo integral para o efeito. Com base nos resultados obtidos, pretende-se obter valores que comprovem a eficiência da implementação deste sistema de fachadas ventiladas.
