Abstract

A gestão de unidades de saúde é um processo complicado devido ao meio bastante complexo onde atuam forças políticas e económicas, sendo a gestão da lista de espera atualmente um tema bastante estudado. A existência de listas de espera para aceder aos serviços de saúde pode levar a grandes perdas de recursos económicos.
