Se realiza un análisis comparativo entre la TPD y la TCD, considerando sus propias limitaciones epistemológicas a la hora de partir de un planteamiento ontológico limitativo de una comprensión multidimensional del Derecho. Ambas teoría presentan coincidencias, pero la TCD tiene una cosmovisión jurídica que la TPD no alcanza.
