Abstract

El presente trabajo trae causa de la ponencia de la autora en el I Congreso Internacional de Derecho Administrativo sancionador celebrado en la Universidad de Córdoba los días 7 y 8 de noviembre de 2024 bajo la dirección de Lucía Alarcón Sotomayor y Antonio Bueno Armijo.

Se analiza el singular régimen disciplinario de los fiscales conforme a su Estatuto Orgánico y el desarrollo reglamentario del mismo, con especial atención a la jurisprudencia sobre el particular.
