En este artículo se realiza el estudio de la presunción, como uno de los medios de prueba referidos en la Ley de Enjuiciamiento española. Se trata en él de su definición conceptual, su uso, los distintos tipos de presunciones, así como sus subdivisiones.

In this article, the study of presumption is made, as one of the means of proof referred to in the Spanish Law of Enjuiciary. It deals with its conceptual definition, its use; the different types of presumptions, as well as their subdivisions.
