Urganochlorine pesticides have been under research, working on 47 samples of tinned pork products of Spanish fabrication. They have been chosen including nine brands three different types of products: "lean pork", "baked ham" and "cold ham". The following pesticides have not beeb detected: chlordane, dieldrin, aldrin, heptachlores epoxide, TOE (DDD), op"DDE and endrin. The following have: synthetic fungicide HCB, and alpha beta HCH, heptachlore, pp"DDE, pp"DDT, HCB has been detected in a 76"6 per 100 of the samples, HCH total in a 31"9 per 100, and DDT total in a 4"25 per 100. Five samples showed levels of heptachlores superior to the limits recommended by FAO/OMS, one on the samples showed a dangerous level of DDT total, and another (HCB) went over the a limit allowed by FAO/OMS.
Se han investigados pesticidas organoclorados en 47 muestras de productos cárnicos de cerdo enlatados de fabricación española. Han correspondido a nueve marcas y a tres tipos de productos: "magro de cerdo", "jamón cocido" y "fiambre de jamón". No se han detectado los siguientes pesticidas: clordano, dieldrin, aldrin, heptacloro epóxito, TDE (ODD), op"DDE y endrin. Se han detectado: el fungicide sintetico HCB, y alfa y beta HCH, heptacloro, pp"DDE y pp"DDT. El HCB se detecto en el 76"6 p.100 de las muestras, el CHC total en el 31"9 p.100, y el DDT total en el 4"25 p.100. Cinco muestras dieron niveles de heptacloro superiores a los limites recomendados por la FAO/OMS, 1 muestra dió nivel peligroso de DDT total, y otra de HCB rebaso el limite indicativo de la FAO/OMS.
