Anticuerpos monoclonales específicos de inmunoglobulina G canina: caracterización y aplicación en inmunoensayos

Abstract

En este trabajo se ha conseguido aislar la IgG+IgM de perro a partir de sueros de animales sanos y enfermos, considerado de gran interés dada la escasez de este tipo de reactivos en el mercado y de la importancia de los estudios inmunologicos en las especies de interes veterinario. A partir de la IgG comercial se ha producido y posteriormente caracterizado un panel de seis anticuerpos (CA2E9, CA3B8, CA3H1, CA4E7, CA4F1, CA5B2) frente a dicha inmunogloblulina. Dada la reaccion cruzada de los anticuerpos producidos con otras inmunoglobulinas y con otras especies, se han obtenido sin necesidad de coste y trabajo adicional unos reactivos a usar en estudios que impliquen dichas inmunoglobulinas en dichas especies. Como resultado final de este trabajo, y tras la completa caracterizacion de los anticuerpos obtenidos, se han propuesto diversos metodos diagnosticos (leishmaniosis y penfigo principalmente) de gran interes para los diagnosticos clinicos y experimentales en inmunologia canina directamente,y por extrapolacion, en inmunologia veterinaria en general. Se deja abierta la posibilidad del desarrollo de nuevos metodos diagnosticos empleando los reactivos producidos en este trabajo.
