Laicismo y clericalismo en la Constitución de 1931

Abstract

Se examina en este trabajo, desde un punto de vista histórico constitucional en base a la constitución española de 1931, el laicismo versus clericalismo de la sociedad española, exponiendo una profunda visión que analiza la razón por la que la actitud de los republicanos respecto de la Iglesia y los sentimientos religiosos, más o menos auténticos, de una parte de la sociedad española, fue una de las causas determinantes "de la colosal frustración" , en palabras del Profesor Murillo Ferrol que supuso la ll Republica Española.

Examines in this work, from a historjcal point of view constitutiona[ basis in the Spanish Constitution of 1931 , the secularism versus clericalism of the Spanish Society, by exposing a deep vision that analyzes why the attitude of the republicans from the Church and religious feeling, more or less authentic, a part of the determining causes of the "colossal frustration'* in the words of professor Murillo Ferrol that meant the Second Spanish Republic.
