Metales pesados en gurumelo (Amanita ponerosa)

Abstract

Se han analizado un total de 116 muestras de gurumelos (Amanita ponderosa) procedente de diversas zonas en 6 localidades de las provincias de Huelva, Jaén y Sevilla (Andalucía). Cada muestra obtenida fue acompañada de una extensa información sobre su localización (localidad, tipo de terreno, incidencia del sol, vegetación predominante en la zona, vegetación próxima, cercanía de carreteras, núcleos urbanos o minas, etc), además de una detallada clasificación de su morfología según se encontrase su estadío de desarrollo. Las determinaciones de plomo y cadmio fueron llevadas a cabo mediante espectroscopia de absorción atómica con cámara de grafito, previa optimización de los parámetros instrumentales. Los valores medios y desviación típica obtenidos para humedad fueron de 88,8 % (+ - ) 3,0%, para plomo 2,9 (+ -) 1,8 mg/Kg, y para cadmio 0,19 (+ -) 0,28 mg/Kg. Los estudios estadísticos realizados demostraron que los factores analizados no incidieron significativamente en la variabilidad de los contenidos de metales pesados en el gurumelo.
