La vivienda rural forma parte consustancial de la geografía andaluza y de los bienes que integran su patrimonio cultural y arquitectónico. Pensamos que su tratamiento didáctico manifiesta claras ventajas para la enseñanza de aprendizajes integradores e interdisciplinares. En este trabajo se expone una reflexión y una propuesta didáctica de las posibilidades que encierra el hábitat rural para la enseñanza de la Geografía y de las Ciencias Sociales, así como sus facultades para trabajar procedimientos y destrezas e incentivar además actitudes favorables hacia su conocimiento, valoración y conservación.
Rural housing is a consubstantial part of Andalusia and of the assets constituting its cultural and architectural heritage. We think its didactic treatment shows clear advantages for the teaching, of interdisciplinary and integrating learning. In this paper, we present a reflection and a didactic proposal on the possibilities enclosing the ruralenvironment for the teaching of geography and social sciences, and their powers to work procedures and skills and also encourage positive attitudes towards its knowledge, evaluation and conservation
