Contribuciones metrológicas a las nanociencias y nanotecnologías analíticas

Abstract

Cualquier tecnología emergente requiere para su consolidación una capacidad de medida fuerte, lo que implica tener técnicas, métodos y referencias fiables que garanticen los resultados. La nanotecnología no es inmune a esta situación, por lo contrario, debido al incremento de sus aplicaciones la demanda por una nanometrología robusta es una necesidad actual e internacional. La Nanociencia y Nanotecnología Analítica (NyNA) es un campo del conocimiento multidisciplinar, donde la Química Analítica es esencial y tiene un papel clave en el desarrollo de la nanometrología. Por lo anterior en esta tesis se estudiaron temas sobre las tecnologías de fabricación de suspensiones como posibles candidatos a materiales de referencia y se desarrollaron métodos usando a los nanomateriales como herramientas de medida y como objetos analíticos.
