A través de fuentes documentales primarias, se puede estudiar en mayor profundidad el fenómeno del patronazgo religioso y la conflictividad que podía generar en el seno de la nobleza a mediados del siglo XVII. Este estudio versa concretamente sobre las familias Córdoba (Señores de Zuheros) y Hoces (Señores de la Albaida).
The purpose of this research is to explain thoroughly the phenomenon of religious patronage and its likely conflict among the nobility in the mid-seventeenth century. We focus on the aristocratic families Córdoba (Lords of Zuheros) and Hoces (Lords of Albaida). The study habe been made by using primary source documents.
