[ES]A lo largo de este trabajo, hablaremos de la problem?tica de la trata de blancas distingui?ndolo del tr?fico de migrantes, as? como la posibilidad de regular o no la prostituci?n, dado que, en nuestra opini?n una regulaci?n de la misma frenar?a de forma significativa la trata de blancas con fines de explotaci?n sexual, de igual modo, tambi?n analizaremos los distintos art?culos que nos ocupan en este tema para tener una mejor comprensi?n del problema.
[EN] Throughout this paper, we discuss the problem of distinguishing the white slave traffic of migrants as well as the ability to regulate prostitution or not, since, in our opinion the same regulation would slow it significantly in women with sexual exploitation, similarly, also analyze the various articles that concern us in this topic to gain a better understanding of the problem.
