Abstract

[EN] Information is an object of marketing, it is bought and sold, and it can provide, to those who own it, some actual and effective profits. This evidence is so obvious that the major companies leaders have designed policies to manage this resource in the interests of their company. However, sometimes also confused because of this situation, they simplify the information management with the mere addition of information technology of the last generation which, although having fundamental importance as tools for the very information management, the can only be seen as a support to cover that management of the information.
