[ES]El objetivo fundamental de este trabajo ser? realizar una revisi?n sobre el desarrollo de dichos productos, as? como la legislaci?n que regula su producci?n y comercializaci?n. Adem?s, se levar? a cabo una prospecci?n sobre cu?les de dichos productos se encuentran habitualmente en los supermercados y tiendas especializadas de Zamora junto con un cuestionario sobre la opini?n de los consumidores sobre este tipo de alimentos y sus h?bitos de consumo.

[EN] The aim of this work will make a review of the development of these products as well as legislation that regulates their production and marketing. Furthermore, it shall levy out a survey on which of these products are commonly found in supermarkets and specialty stores Zamora, along with a questionnaire on the views of consumers these foods and their consumption habits
