Abstract

[EN] Often confused concepts of equal treatment and equal opportunities and rights. In the case of women and men, since the starting line is not usually found at the same distance from the goal to both get the same rights does not necessarily mean equal treatment, but rather adapted to the specific needs of women and men . You will have to take into consideration, therefore, the concept of diversity, an issue that greatly affects the Prevention of Occupational Risks. Throughout this Final Master Work will try to highlight the importance of taking into consideration the needs of each person, with special emphasis on the relevance of the variables of sex / gender, addressing all aspects part of the Occupational Health and Safety
