Comunicaci?n presentada en el 9? Workshop de Rebiun sobre proyectos digitales, Investigaci?n, innovaci?n e informaci?n: tendencias en los sistemas digitales de gesti?n de la producci?n cient?fica, celebrado en Salamanca los d?as 1 y 2 de octubre de 2009.

[ES] En esta presentaci?n se explica las nuevas tendencias de digitalizaci?n en Servicio M?vil. En concreto las causas de digitalizaci?n, as? como su proceso y las tecnolog?as utilizadas para la digitalizaci?n.

[EN] This presentation explains the new trend of digitization in Field Service. In particular the causes of digitization and its process technologies used for scanning.
