Abstract

[EN] The rapid expansion of institutional digital repositories has been implemented giving priority to the requirements of this against the use of long term operation. This approach is sometimes required by the precarious funding sources available, but in the medium term has its limitations and dangers. Proper planning digital repositories should mitigate or even eliminate these problems. At this point you are ready or auditing requirements. There are two types of lists according to their final approach, the aim to assure the robustness of the system information (eg safety) and to ensuring the reliability of a particular type of function (eg the future preservation).
