Abstract

[ES]Por lo general la idea que tiene el p?blico de Paleontolog?a es muy difusa y suele imaginarse un mundo ex?tico, pasado, poblado de animales y plantas extra?as y con una fauna humana de los m?s peculiar y anacr?nica, mezclando organismos que no pudieron vivir nunca juntos. Esta imagen tan fascinante y tan falsa, alimentada porla literatura fant?stica y el S?ptimo Arte, se est? sustituyendo gracias a las campa?as de difusi?n y a las exposiciones. La ?ltima que tan gran ?xito ha tenido, es sobre la que trata este art?culo dado el inter?s demostrado por el numeroso p?blico visitante y sus continuas peticiones de informaci?n.

[EN]Generally the idea that the public has of Palaeontology is very diffuse and often imagine an exotic world, past, inhabited by strange animals and plants and human fauna of the most peculiar and anachronistic, mixing live organisms that could not never together. This image is so fascinating and so fake, fed Porla fantasy and the Seventh Art, is being replaced by the campaigns and exhibitions. The last one has had such great success, it's about in this article given the interest shown by the numerous visitors and their repeated requests for information.
